INTRODUCTION
Project portfolio is procedure which is normally made to evaluate the complete research of project
and also it is identified to collect the available resources that is to be utilized to complete such
project within specify time period. Present study is based on Entrepreneurial marketing and
innovation in retail industry. In this report, main innovation is related to 3D T-shirt which is
specially for youth to increase their personality through innovative thoughts, and ideas. There two
project log, first project log is related to innovation project portfolio that cover with different
thoughts which can utilize to innovative new things and another project log is related to consumer
segment, consumer relationship and buyers utility to purchase utilizing business models and value
proposition to adopt 3D T-shirt in the marketplace.
PROJECT LOG 1
Introduction to market
Retail is the procedure of selling consumer products and facilities to users through multiple
channels distribution to make profitability. Retail industry can involve grocery, department and
convenient shops. The retail business is wider in UK economy in 2017. It make £395 billion worth
of retail sales in 2018 and sector housed 319000 retail business. It encompasses stores,
supermarkets, market stalls and door to door selling as well as internet retailers.
Blue ocean strategy for accomplishment of new value curve for selected product market
Businesses use this strategy for creating innovation, value and idea in terms of new product that is
3D print T-shirt according to consumer requirement and increasing the profits of business. There are
many ways to apply the blue ocean strategy such as:
Make competition irrelevant: Company needs to apply this strategy for making competition
