and to get survive over their we have must provide the most acceptable network service by which
more and more customer get attracted towards our company. There is some different strength as
like having the possession about the different plan that is better for the customer as like
subscription, charging, effective locations, consumption of data and many other as well. The
biggest challenge is that MNO be the communication pipe and to get over from them is quite
hard. Yes off course the business is more successful
2. Do you have any complain from customer? How you fixed?
The customer believe that we didn’t care about them but to cover that we have making the
calls and collecting the feedback and then provide adequate solution to the customers.
3. What is the most popular product? Why?
The products named as the “3 in touch” as from which the customer make a call with the
Wi-Fi connection and assess the network as well and get 130 underground stations.

We have used the social marketing as from the Instagram, Facebook, Google friendly tools
and other as it is easy to get connect with more customer within less period of time.
