The main Objective of this article is to explore on the effects of gender on the CSR
and ISR perceptions (Droms & Stephen, 2015). The study have bridged the gap in between

gender differences prevails in the CSR and ISR perceptions. There is growing importance for
both the organisations as well as the individuals to act in socially responsible way. This
article has provided a clear understanding of the fact that gender do play an important part in
the making of perceptions of the social responsibility of the companies. For this study, survey
research method has been used, where the authors of the study have designed a survey in
order to examine different perceptions of the individuals along with the corporate social
responsibility in a group of undergraduate learners. The Results of the study indicates that
there are several significant differences in the relationship in between CSR and ISR,
depending on the diversity in gender groups. It has been found out that gender inclusive
leadership and gender diversity, both have a very significant and positive impact on the
quality and level of social responsibility. It has also found from the study that women have
comparatively higher degrees of Internalized Moral Identity as compared to men. It is
recommended that the arguments provided by the authors should make more sense. There
