Globalisation is the word which is used to define the growing interdependence of nation's
culture, economy, populations and politics in order to improve the economy. Globalisation
covers whole worlds and all business organisation that are run in to different countries. To start
any business there is need to focus on globalisation and competitors that helps to understand the
successful of business (Adeoye and Elegunde, 2014). There are different type of culture, politics
and traditions in different country which is important for any business to focus on them and run
their business by providing products and services accordingly. To understand the impact of
globalisation Tesla has been taken that is car manufacturing company. This report covers culture,
leadership, team and work group of such company.
Organisational Context
Tesla is automotive and energy based company that specialised in manufacturing the
electric cars. This is well known organisation which used new technology and innovation in their
organisation for the purpose of developing new model of cars. This was founded in July 2003
with the help of engineers. Globalisation has impacted on Tesla as it accepted the new
technology and innovation in their organisation due to globalisation which helped to improve the
business production and profitability. It influenced the auto mobile sector such as new marketing
activities are used to make a successful business. A qualitative, research was adopted by Tesla
for analysis which helps to improve the nation's economy. Globalisation has impacted positively
on Tesla such as battery electric vehicle organisation positioned for explosive growth, captured
high growth opportunity and enhanced current and future growth of business organisation.
Moreover, globalisation has increased the competition, increases foreign investment
flowing to countries and de regulations that allows businesses to enter in to market and run
business independently (Barkhuizen, 2014).

the production of business organisation. Politics are happens in business organisation that make
smooth and typical the business activities. In Tesla motors, employees are playing a major role in
politics such as they keep close to their senior and try to become their favourite which reduces
their workload and increases other's burden. This impacts negatively on business activities of
Tesla company as they rest of employees feel unsafe and unsecure for their jobs after performing
well. To improve the politics and remove the conflicts among employees, manager and leader of
business organisation treats employees equally and support them to work properly which helps to
improve the productivity (Higgins, Stubbs and Love, 2014).
