Personal reflection
As per analysing the business case of Revive Luxury Beauty Spa Salon on which developing

innovative and reformative things regarding the team work, development of business ideas,
creating a favourable business framework. The team efforts and commitment from various

My skills and knowledge regarding team management, developing the frame work as well as
analysing the requirement of resources have been improved. I would like to thank my team
members in making me able to represent and defining my view points among theme. The

practices at the right time. I have learnt the techniques in improving the employee understanding
regarding business culture and structure which is required to be followed by the professionals in
terms of mitigating the challenges.
My skills based on managing activities through out the project have lead the best outcomes.

plan to be undertaken for the project. Along with this, I have also participated in developing the

adequate market growth. I think analysing the efficiency of employees and assigning them the
duties which meets their qualification at the right time. It can be said that, analysing operational
influences would be adequate in leading the firm in retaining the marketable gains at the right
time. Along with this, after completion of entire research process on which it can be said that

My skills and efficiency determines that, there have been impact of various operational

growth. I believe motivating staff as per giving them proper work environment would be
