in the John Lewis company is collected from those employees who have well experience of
working in the cited venture. Thus, is can be said that respondent have well knowledge of the
John Lewis company's employee’s participation program because they are working in the cited
venture for many years. From the survey of 20 employees in the John Lewis company, it has
been analysed that 15 employees are strongly agreed by the statement that Employees
participation in the business decision can make employees more motivated. On the other hand,
from the 20 respondents, 4 employees said that Employees participation in the business decision
can make you more motivated. In addition to this, 1 employees in the survey are disagreed by
this mentioned statement that Employees participation in the business decision can make you
more motivated. Thus, from the collected information it has been analysed that employee's
participation in the business decision making is one of the best strategy to motivate its
employees. From the collected data in the survey it has been analysed that many employees have
effective knowledge of the employee's motivation in an organisation. In the survey of 20
employees in the cited venture, it had analysed that 18 employees of the John Lewis have
effective knowledge about the meaning and concept of the employee's motivation in an
organisation. On the other hand, only 2 employees of the John Lewis employees have not known
this concern Thus, from the collected information it has been ascertained and analysed that the
respondents in the survey have well knowledge about the employee's participation and
motivation. With help of this question in the survey it has been analysed that most of the
employees agreed that employee's participation can motivate employees in positive manner. In
addition to this it has been also analysed that in order to motivate employees, company should
take the employee's participation in the business decision making. From the collected data in the
survey it has been analysed that many employees have effective knowledge of the reward

schemes and incentives. From this section it has been analysed that reward systems and incentive
is one of the major important aspect within the company that assist to the organisation in
delivering effective customer services and improve the business good will in the market.Thus,
from the collected information it has been founded that reward schemes and incentive helps to
organisation in motivating its employees. The major objective of this question in the survey is to
analyse that which factor mostly influence to employee’s motivation in the John Lewis company
that is why this question has been asked in the survey. In the survey from the 20 employees of
the John Lewis company it has been analysed that 10 employees said that employee's
participation is one of the factor which influence employee’s motivation. Thus, from the
collected data it has been analysed that John Lewis employees can motivated by employee's
participation mostly. On the other hand, from the 20 respondents, 5 employees said that they can
influence by the monetary benefits and 3 employees said that their motivation level can
positively influence by non-monetary rewards such as promotion, increment, growth
opportunities etc. In addition to this from the 20 employees in the survey only 2 employees said
that training and development is one of the factor which influence their motivation level. Thus,
from the collected data it has been analysed that many of the respondents in the survey has said
that their motivation level can influence by employee's participation so it can be said that
employee's participation is major factor which can influence motivation level of employees in
the large manner.
