■ Entrepreneur Richard Branson, head of Virgin Company was born in England on 18th of
July in 1950.
■ Edward James Branson, father of Richard Branson was a Barrister and his mother was a
flight attendant.
■ He initiated his life cycle with a disability called dyslexia and struggled with it for long
time period.
■ He initiated his career life cycle at the age of 16 with a magazine publication

transformed
■ Virgin company transformed its business activities with inclusion of different strategic
approaches in terms of employees' engagement, participation and other related
activities.
■ Virgin company performed a major transformation to its tag line and brand name.
