their engagement and commitment towards organization. It enables business to achieve its
objective and hence increases its bottom line. Content and Process are motivational theories
enhances motivation of workforce uses by Richer Sounds organization that are as defined:
Content Theory: It is the first motivational theory. It seeks to describe people's needs
and desires in relation to their degree of satisfaction. To inspire its workers, Richer Sounds uses
Maslow's hierarchy of needs. For the company, this need is very important since each employee
is fulfilled by fulfilling their needed needs. This helps them meet the corporate goal in a limited
period of time and also raises the degree of employee satisfaction.
Physiological needs: This involves basic human needs, that is, food, shelter and clothes.
Richer Sound's first goal is to guarantee workers the basic amount of compensation so
that their basic needs can be met (Jonathan, Rusu and Perjons, 2019).
Safety needs: Once the individual's needs have been met, then the group believes about
safety and security. Richer Sounds offers workers health and safety insurance, retirement
as well as provident fund. The organisational framework often connects occupational
safety to the workforce.
Social Belongingness needs: The individuals personal next concern is social identity, as
human beings are social creatures. It involves family and social organisations, friends and
relatives, etc. The workers in Richer Sounds have the right to socialise. People have
common respect for each other and there is an attempt to mitigate or ignore divisive
politics (Kartono, Hilmiana and Muizu, 2017).
Self-esteem: Status and recognition needs are included in it. Here, individuals want to be
respected and embraced. Richer Sound’s leaders ensure that workers are compensated
and appreciated for achieving goals. They often encourage staff based on their success.
Employees therefore have career growth and advancement opportunities in the business.
Self-actualization: At this point, people have a sense of self-fulfillment and the
realisation of their maximum potential. It is the final stage of the principle of Maslow's
hierarchy that states that employees should analysis their satisfaction and make a
judgement. Worker development programmes are being launched in Richer to address
these workforce needs.

Valence: It contrasts the real result with the predicted outcome. Therefore in this process,
employee performance can be evaluated. During this point, effort and results are
compared. Richer managers then compare the outcome and consider any challenges or
mistakes that can be developed. It offers advice on motivating employees.
