is the largest online property website and the real estate portal. The company is responsible for

privately without involving the company.

Rightmove plc is the largest property portal in UK. The aim of the company is empowering
the decisions in UK regarding the property. Its headquarters are in England, UK. It deals in
running rightmove.co.uk which is the largest portal and property website of online real estate. It
is a major part in the industry of Internet and Real estate industry in UK (About Rightmove,
2021).
The website of the company was founded in 2000 by the very renowned and well-known
top corporate estate agencies which were very famous at that time which included Connells,
Countrywide, Halifax & Royal and Sun Alliance. At the initial level, the website was free to list
and the charging was introduced in 2002. The company extended its services to the developers of
new home in 2002 and the agents were let in 2004. In 2006, the company was floated on the

major platform named as London Stock Exchange when it had a share price of 3.34 which is now
equivalent to 33.5p (Rightmove plc., 2021).
The company developed its first products of property advertising which allowed its agents
and the developers of new home for differentiating their on-site properties. The company did not
stop here but in 2010 it extended its advertising products and launched further suite of the same
which allowed its customers for promoting the brand and to make them aware of the company
and its services. The company stated that the advertising products launched helped in earning
large revenue which made upto one third of the total revenue.
Rightmove plc. did not stop with its advertising products but the company introduced its
first mobile app which allowed the customers to search many things on the mobile devices also.

It is a system which helps in outlining the ways in which the certain activities of the
organisation are directed for achieving the goals of the company. The activities basically include
