RESULTS AND FINDINGS
The data extracted from the website of Office of financial
statistics is that there is continuous rise in the online shopping in
the post covid scenario. The graph is available above.
According the graph mentioned it can be clearly seen that there is
massive increase in the online shopping specifically in and after
the year 2019.
There was a considerable loss of traditional retail shopping
specifically.
Many organizations have came up on the online platforms and
have digitalized their business operations.
