INTRODUCTION
Risk assessment refers to a detailed procedure which is undertaken within the various
types of organizations which helps in ensuring that the identification of the potential hazardous
risks in the organization can be done in the right manner quite effectively and efficiently (Abdel-
Basset and et.al., 2019). This helps in ensuring that the attainment of the various types of safety
guidelines can be done in the right manner. This report will focus on Genera. It is a company
which produces sales and marketing of veterinary medicines, feed additives and different types
of care products for the animals. In this assignment, a detailed focus will be made on carrying
out risk assessment and assessment of efficacy of a risk management plan. Additionally, specific
analysis on analysis of robustness of the system in ensuring safety in a business enterprise
environment will be discussed specifically as a part of this particular project.

Identification of hazards and the people who are at risk from hazards
There are various types of hazards which are present within Genera. The identification of
these hazards is essential so that the appropriate measures can be taken in order to prevent these
hazards. The various types of hazards which are present with Genera are as follows-
 Ethidium bromide is a compound which is often used in Genera for the manufacturing
activities. Exposure to it can cause irritation of the exposed services which can be upper
respiratory tract, skin, eyes or mouth. Thus the people in Genera who are tasked with the

Risk Matrix-
A Risk Matrix refers to the matrix which can be used for the purpose of carrying out a
detailed risk assessment so that the risks in the specific categories can be analysed highly
effectively and efficiently (Collins and et.al., 2016). The Risk Matrix for Genera is as follows-

company is required to make sure that the right and appropriate steps are taken so that the risks
are properly managed in the right manner which will help a lot in ensuring that the management

plan is framed so that the level of risks can be identified and the appropriate steps are taken so
