every business management. Furthermore, The Ritz Hotel provide various kinds of facilities
which are also beneficial for tourism industries as well. In addition to this, hospitality industries
plays as a supplier of the tourism industries. Human resources are mostly affected by digitization
because human behavior's are continuously changing factor due to cultural factors(Taylor,
Fritsch and Liederbach, 2014).
