INTRODUCTION
Overview of the topic
Organic food includes those factors which are chemical free and also grow by using no
other pesticides. During the production process of organic vegetables and fruits, no chemicals are
used in terms of increasing their size and also ripe them before the time. Further, it is quite
difficult to analyse difference among common and organic foods as they look quite similar in
terms of shape and colour (Zhang and et. al., 2018). In present times, organic food has more
nutrients and also spread awareness among people regarding their health. For this, natural
fertilizers are useful for the organic food like cow manure. Non-organic food which was grown
in the traditional farms are useful for the human faces like fertilizers. Also, food poisoning is
more likely to occur with non-organic foods instead of organic.

LITERATURE REVIEW
According to Tiffon, (2018), Organic food refers to the products that are produced,
prepared and processed without the use of chemical. It means organic food production prohibits
the use of chemical pesticides, chemical fertilizers or chemicals preservations. During the
production of organic fruits and vegetables no chemicals are used to increase their size or to ripe
them before time. However, it is difficult to distinguish between common food and organic food
as they look similar in colour and shape. Organic food has great importance on health of human
being as it does not contain any element of toxic chemicals and also not affect the human health
in harmful ways as it contains more vitamins and minerals which keeps the people healthy
(Lesnierowski and Stangierski, 2018).
The nutrients present in organic food can be beneficial in preventing dangerous diseases
like blood pressure problems, heart diseases, migraine, diabetes and cancers. Organic food also
strengths the immunity power of the body. It is best useful for the elders and also better in taste
and is considered beneficial for the glowing skin. Organic foods are certified separately, affixed
and printed with certified stickers. To stay remain healthy, organic food should be taken by the
people as they are healthier than normal food and their taste is also different.

varieties for flavour rather than appearance and delivers earthy vegetables, which improves
storage and taste. The principle behind the organic farming is that it protects natural resources,
such as fresh water and healthy soil and also it encourages wildlife (McBurney and et. al., 2019).
It avoids pollution from artificial chemicals i.e. no use of artificial pesticides and fertilizers. Also
there is no genetically modified ingredients or animal feeds and free from preservation and
colour. Organic is also a gold stamp for animal welfare as they are free to roam and enjoy natural
diet.
According to Gulcin, (2020), Organic food companies used natural herbs and crops grown
with natural fertilizers to produce their food product. Organic food does not contain chemicals
and preservative that make it long lasting and unhealthy. Organic food is rich in nutrients such as
iron, calcium, vitamins and magnesium which help in reduce people health risks and prevent
from various diseases and allergies. They provide variety of organic product according to the
preferences of the customers (Coderoni and Perito, 2020). Also they produce customised product
for the allergic people. Such as some people have allergy to peanut so they produce substitute of
peanut product.
They use various natural herbs, natural colours and organically grown fruits, grains and
vegetables that help serious allergic people to overcome from their disease (Carocho, Morales
and Ferreira, 2018). It improves their immune system, heart conditions, better taste and reduce
poisonous substances in their body. They also use natural techniques of manufacturing and
packaging to produce their product to prevent environment from harmful gases and chemicals so
people can live in pollutions free environment, breath fresh air and live healthy life.
METHODOLOGY

regarding topic. There are different types of methodologies which are important for the
accomplishment of each and every goal. Some of them are discussed as underneath:
Primary data collection
On the basis of primary data procedure that is for analysing the details and factors by
analysing their own efforts. It is also gathered at the first time and undertaken as first hand
details where it offers better objectives that are never used and also state by described by
someone else earlier (Baenas and et. al., 2019). There are several ways which are used to collect

the basis data and from which the well-known technique undertake market survey, observation
and many more.
Secondary data
In regard of this, the data is properly analysed by the researcher from the other sources and
also have effective existence. For this, the suitable use of secondary details with the help of
researcher can be easily generate significant details on the specific topic in an effective way by
offering online sources, newspaper and so forth (Huang and et. al., 2021).
Quantitative method
In this, data trends are being developed in an effective manner in regard of significant
facts, figures and numbers. According to this method, it is undertaken as the easiest for the
collection of data as the investigator collect suitable details and information from the number of
people (Toussaint and et. al., 2019).
Qualitative method
It has been analysed as the effective form of collecting data in regard of gathering
information for having effective details and information. This form of method used in which the
researcher properly understands the prominent concept and overall experiences which is related
with the collection of information (Yilmaz and Li, 2018).
Resources of data collection
There are various sources of data collection that undertake journals, books, publications,
articles and so forth. For this, it is useful for the literature review with the aim of achieving
research objectives by the research questions.
Data analysis
To identify the quantitative collection of data from the frequency distribution and
questionnaire is also effectively applied by the researcher as it does not take prominent time and
also useful for the achievement of prominent outcome (Teigiserova, Hamelin and Thomsen,
2020). For analysing this data, thematic analysis is useful by the researcher and the effective
themes are being developed according to the research questions.
