remote areas can take treatment and healthcare services via telecommunication. So, technology based models can
create some problems anytime.
Lack of finance: As telecare is based on technology and innovation and for implementation, cost is allocated. But
after allocation, for maintaining such tools used by people and healthcare department can require much more money.
On continuous basis, there will be requirement of monitoring and maintenance. But specific allocation of cost and
requirement of finance after implementation can hurt this initiative. It can also affect overall value and performance of
this medical technology.
