 As an effective member of multi-disciplinary professionals’ team it is important to analyse all factors that may create
risks. For new initiative, developed by RMBC, both Triage assessment team and cloud care staff are striving hard for
making this initiative and program successful. But it is all based on technology and innovation in which people in
remote areas can take treatment and healthcare services via telecommunication. So, technology based models can
create some problems anytime.
 Lack of finance: As telecare is based on technology and innovation and for implementation, cost is allocated. But
after allocation, for maintaining such tools used by people and healthcare department can require much more money.
On continuous basis, there will be requirement of monitoring and maintenance. But specific allocation of cost and
requirement of finance after implementation can hurt this initiative. It can also affect overall value and performance of
this medical technology.

technological programs and initiatives it can be said that
it can create problems anytime. For peeper functioning
there is requirement of monitoring and continuous
maintenance. Due to changes and problems in tools, used
for telecare program can affect access to healthcare

negative impacts in their mind. They can affect image of
program and healthcare sector by word of mouth if they

affect their relationship. The main limitation of using technology in healthcare is privacy risks and fear of
breach to personal information. In telecare program and initiative, patients can take treatments and healthcare
services while staying at home and living in remote areas. But for effective healthcare services they need to
provide all of their personal details to staff. Cybercrimes and breaches of information on technology and such
program can hurt their trust. It can affect their relationship with staff and also it can lead to lack of trust on
such initiatives and technologies.
