report also describes the main responsibilities of Registered nurse is to make the co-ordination within the
health-care in 24 hours in an environment. Registered nurse also supervise and delegate the quality and
safe function in health care field. In this report, it discuss the RN's role to making co-ordination,
supervision and delegation of quality and providing safe functional care which are provided by non-
registered nursing staff so that they can optimize the functional outcomes of older resident diagnosed
with dementia(MatenâSpeksnijder, Grypdonck, Pool, Meurs and Staa, 2014).
