Company Introduction:
A. Company Background:
Robert Pizzarotti is a Australian based construction company that has an ownership of
two families, Roberts family, based on Perth, Australia and Pizzarotti family based on
Parma, Italy. The company started as infrastructure and construction based organization
in 1910 by Impresa Pizzarotti, who worked in civil sector. Now, company working in
more than seventeen countries from different continents with more than 4500 employees
and company has $7 Billion work under construction. Headquarter of Robert Pizzarotti is
in Sydney NSW. Company works in different sectors as, infrastructure, construction,
operations, real state with prefabricate structures and others and total production of the
organization from Italy is €279.7 million and from other countries €500.7 million
(robertspizzarotti, 2019).
B. Strength of the company:
From the establishment year to now, company worked on several project with its
experienced team and gain different strength with the development as:
 More than 4500 people working in the organization with more than 17 countries to
provide quality services to the clients
 Company works with, local knowledge with global strength and innovative approach

 Company set different kinds of contracts for different projects as, design and
construct, ECI (early contractor involvement and)
 Use latest technology in the construction with safety first concept
 Focus on the supply chain management with relationship driven
C. Infrastructure of the company:
Company changes the civil and infrastructure in 2016 to get better results in management
and human resource areas. The infrastructure sector of the organization has highest
revenue in the total construction of the organization. Discuss different project from the
infrastructure area of Italy as, the project of TEEM road section, corridor of TIBRE, link
road of Campogalliand-Sassuolo and others. The below image shows the production of
different sectors where infrastructure sector has highest revenue in Italy and rest world.
D. Origin of the company:
The company story begun in 1910 as Impresa Pizzarotti was the person who founded in
Parma, Italy by Gino Pizzarotti. In the year of 1962, John Robert founded multiplex in
Perth, Australia and expend business in Europe, Asia, South east, UK and Middle East.
This multiplex listed in stock exchange of Australia in 2003 and in year of 2007, this
multiplex listed as one of the largest property in world.

E. General strategic goals:
Here are different goals and priorities of the organization of Roberts Pizzarotti in the
construction and infrastructure area as:
 The goal to deliver quality service to the client without compromise with safety rules
and future requirements
 The goal to follow the Italian tradition in the construction as per the client
requirements
 Manage environment, quality and safety in the construction of the project
 Focus on the client requirements with latest technology to create elevate design with
supply chain management process
F. Market Positioning:
Robert Pizaarotti is a one tier construction company that works in most of the sector
compare to other similar companies and developed highest number of project in different
areas as, retails, rail, convention center, infrastructure, residential, hotel, health, airport
and others. Company was in top eight building construction companies in the year of
2006.Company got highest rating with three stars from Competition and market
authority, that is maximum in the market. The below image shown the revenue-
breakdown in different sectors and markets of the organization. This data is taken from
two years as, 2016 & 2015, including Italy and foreign data with its total. Company got
total order till December 31st is 12613 €million in which the order from the building
activities are €5808 billion that separated between Italy and other countries as, €2537.9
billion and €3270.0 million.

G. Companies Infrastructure in Australia & New Zealand:
Company has a joint venture in Australia along with five other continents. The
construction area in Australia enters in infrastructure market with new projects in which
construction of multiplex is one of the projects. Enter in Australian market, after one year
company gets its first project to construction of commercial tower in Sydney and other
project are, Health club of North Shore in St. Leonards, the next is from Concord with
Hospital Redevelopment and from the project of North Sydney with 118 Mount Street
(developmentready, 2017).

Company works in different business units as, infrastructure, real estate, construction,
operations with prefabricated structure and others. Organization has teams of different
departments as, executive team, design, senior delivery team, team of client relationship,
which has different roles and responsibilities. Company works in different sectors as,
airport, retail, residential, health and hotel with infrastructure and convention Centre.

in all over the world from last many years. The major clients of the organization are
government of different countries in which company works on different projects. The
major cities where company working from many years on its projects are like, Italy,
Peru, Australia, Poland, France, Switzerland, Russia and many more. Company works in
