Digital business are those business which use technology in their organisation to create
value and experience for customer. It helps to transform business and allow use of technology to
enhance interaction between employees and customer. For this project, selected technology is
Robotic process automation. Robotic process automation is based on software robots or artificial
intelligence which helps in automation in process of business. This project report include
importance of robotic process automation and their development. It also include technology used
in organisation, platform and software used in organisation, use of this technology in business as
tool.
