Robots are taking power in the present time.
Automatic shopping vending machines are
installed at McDonald's, the closest store includes
self-checkout system. Eventually, autonomous
cars and individuals exercising with robotic pets
around the world is becoming natural to be seen in
the present time. This is just the beginning and it
is seen that with introduction of AI and robots, the
work that is generally done by workers is replaced
by machines.
Robots on the Edge
In the upcoming years, it is necessary to
anticipate developments in sensor devices with
built-in robotics reducing the need for data being
sent to the data centre or unified computing
centres until it can be enabled. Robotic systems
helped to make ideal operating systems besides
computing sensing to construct into another vital
organs of computer programs, in which
computers fulfil the real-world environments
people have been designed to impacts.

Governmental Plans
It is important for government to devise and
implement planning with the help of which
the risk caused to human jobs as a result of
introduction of robots within industries can
be duly tackled. In this regard,
governmental policies should be introduced
in all the countries securing a fixed
proportion of jobs to be done manually, or
in simple terms, by humans. This will
ensure that not all human jobs can be
eliminated in a single night with the
introduction of robots. Further, it should be
made compulsory that companies need to
provide employees with a 1 month prior
notice if they are planning to automate the
operations and remove them from jobs.

It is concluded that robots are taking jobs of
human in almost every sector posing risk to
humans and livelihood. To protect workers
from this risk, government can introduce
certain policies or regulations.

commerce most at risk
In the present era of automation, it is seen that
robots have become a part of almost each and
every industry of the commercial sectors. When
robots are introduced in the premise they tend
to pose threat to human jobs and create
extensive risk to human livelihood as their main
source of incomes are their jobs.
As per the below graph depicting number of
installations in 1000 units in 2018, it can be
seen that electric and electronics industry
topped with almost 105,000 installations in the
year, followed by automotive and metal
industry.
