Elvis Presley, jerry Lee Lewis and Buddy holly has been considered as the great musician
and great icon of the rock & roll music. It has been found from various studies that, Buddy holy
has its own fan base while the Elvis has created its fan base in his era. This clearly indicates that,
Elvis was an icon that has attracted the large number of people towards him. Often, both the
musician was from the same field and that was rock and roll music. However, people further
believe that, there are similarities among the music of both the musician but, Elvis has created its
own way of performing the rockabilly at the stage. The fans went crazy when it comes to Elvis
music. Jerry lee lewis was the legend and his fans often given him the tag of rock music pioneer.
On the other hand, it has been further found that, Buddy holly has been proven as an influencer
for the youngsters. The music of the Buddy holy often reduces the depression and anxiety of the
fans. Fans of Buddy holy often hats Elvis as they had a belief that Elvis only performs the covers
(Berry, 2021). Elvis has been given a tag that is “King of rock and roll”. However, Buddy holy
has not given the tag like this. Thus, all the singers were from the same music base but, all of
them were concerned with their own specialities. Only the similarity can be said to the type of
music that has been performed by them. All of them had their own category and way of
expressing the music that has made them icon.

Tutti Frutti song belongs from the rock genre that is consists of high sound volume and
tremendous rhythm. The cover version of tutti frutti by Pat Boone is different in terms of the
rhythms and music. The only similarity that has been found in the song is that it is from the same
genre and that is rock music. Otherwise, the vocal, rhythm, way of presentation is different. It
can clearly states that the two songs are same in the recording style. In the version of Little
Richards it is clearly identified that the lip-syncing has been done in improper manner. While in
the version of Pat Boone, the lip-syncing has been done perfectly. Furthermore, this enhancing
the presentation of the song as well. There is no doubt in saying that Boone has squeezed the life
out of the song as the fans went crazy when the version by Boone has been introduced ( Bacon,
2020). The song that has been made by the Boone was not same as the original version of Tutti
frutti as the rhythm, sound and mandatory elements of presenting the rock music was completely

taken on a next level that has added the glory in the presentation of Tutti frutti. These two songs
are just same on the basis of the genre. Otherwise, the music, lyrics, lip-syncing are making it
different.
