INTRODUCTION
Workers who support the education system to maintain and develop the institutional image and
provide better service of education to the individuals are known as Educational Workers.
Educational workers are as important as education in any individual's life. They provide
knowledge and skills in different field to the individuals. They makes the individual productive
for the economy from a mere youth of a economy. They help the individuals to give their career
a certain height and achieve the goals of their life. They can be in any role i.e. teacher, principal,
trainers, etc. and provide them something they are in need . They are the backbone of the society
for ultimate success. Every educational worker played a different role in an individuals life.
In this report it is discussed with deep details that educational workers played a vital role
in maintaining and supporting the learning environment in the organisation and helps the
candidates to develop their physical, emotional, social, language skills.(Bocsi, 2020)This report
also contain that education workers should make the environment of the organisation inclusive
and acceptable to everyone so that every candidate feels safe and secure there. Education worker
is also responsible to ensure that there should be no discrimination in the students or among the
students on the basis of their sex, caste, religion, racism or disabilities. All the report contain is
the necessity of a particular development in student's life, steps taken by institution or
organisation to fulfil that necessity and the role education workers played for the same.
Role of Educational workers
Educational workers are the workers who provide educational support in the institutions
(Boyle, 2020) . They are responsible to provide the healthy and good environment in the
institution to the students. It is the duty of the educational worker to make the environment
inclusive for all the individuals from different background and culture and fulfil the individual
needs including those with special needs or with disabilities. They should take care that the
environment of the institution must support and stimulate learning. They should encourage
physical, social and emotional, cognitive and language development. All these are further
explained below:
Physical Development:- Physical development refers to develop the physical fitness of
the students(Weatherburn, 2020). An individual who is physically fit will always be active and
smarter for longer so for the better future of the students educational workers should work on the

physical fitness or physical activities of students. To achieve this a separate and capable person
should be appointed by the educational institutions called physical trainer who knows the value
of physical activity and potential to fulfil its responsibility. Physical trainer should have
knowledge of each individual's strengths, needs and interest so that it can work on that part of the
individual in which they are weak and strengthen them according to their interest. Institutions
who understands the value of physical fitness provides extra time in the institution and also
conduct sports competitions to motivates the students to participate. Physical trainer should also
take care of the culture that student should belong from only to motivate them towards physical
activities and not to discriminate them from the culture they belong from(Fergusson, Ibáñez and
Riano 2020) . If any student have special need or have certain disability then also trainer should
motivate them to participate and not to realise their disability to them. If any educational worker
came to know about the discrimination among the students in the organisation then they should
take the necessary steps to remove it as soon as possible to make the environment inclusive.
Language Development:- Language development is a process to acquire or learn
languages. It enables a human to communicate verbally their needs and wants. It supports the
ability to think,
express and understand feelings and helps to develop and maintain relationships. It also increase
reading and writing skills in the learners. Language can be classified in two categories i.e.
receptive and expressive. Further it has so many elements like prosody which is variation in
pitch, morphology i.e. the words formation , syntax which includes putting the words together to
make sentences, semantics includes meaning of words, vocabulary number of words knows use
and understand, and pragmatics is finally knowing how to use the language socially. Educational
institutions must accommodate the individuals from different countries with different cultures. It
will help the students to know more about the languages spoken all over the world. Educational
workers should work on the common language to be spoken there so that students can
communicate with each other effectively and efficiently(Umoren and et. al. 2020). Just like if
any institution has candidates from different countries then they should focus on teaching the
English language properly to the candidates as English is declared as a international language
and most of the candidates are able to speak and write it(Heinz, and et. al. 2020). Language gap
can also cause discrimination among the students so it is the responsibility of educational
workers to fill that gap between them so that no student feel discriminated or separated from the

groups in the institutions. That will not only remove discrimination but also create a learning
environment in the organisation. Language development not only includes understanding,
reading and writing of a new language but also includes pronunciation of different words in
different languages. Sometimes different languages have different pronunciation of some words
with different tones. Educational workers should work on development of that too as it can make
fun of the students in different area even among their collogues. And that clarification of
pronunciation should be done in such a way that no student face inferiority among the other
student. This will remove the hesitation from the minds of individuals and they can be able to ask
their question in front of everyone. This will increase student participation and create learning
environment for them.
Cognitive development:- If we first try to understand the word 'Cognitive' it means to
recognizing ourself or knowing about us in a better way. Cognitive development refers to the
process of shaping that how the student explore, think and figure the things out. Basically it
contains the brain development of students. As it is heard that a teacher can mould the minds of
their students according to their perspective. Parents send their kids to school to develop there
knowledge, improve skills and to see the world around them(Thi Hoa 2020). Kids see the world
in the way their teachers help them to see, so educational institutions plays a vital role in
cognitive development of any student. For example if a teacher continuously talks with negative
statements then their student have a negative approach over all the things on the other hand if the
teacher has positive approach then their student will have a positive mindset over the thing. So
the educational workers played a vital role in the lives of their student. They has the capability of
making or spoiling a whole life as it gives a vision to the individuals to see the whole world. That
is why, educational workers are the second god of any individual's life, first are always their
parents. Educational workers can use visualization to improve their capacity to recall things.
They can understand the things with an imagination of them so that they learn about the topic
accurately and recall it later when needed by adding suppose or imagine in their classes, so the
student will imagine it in the same way and will learn it very easily. Cognitive approach is the
essential approach to be followed from the very childhood of the students to give their life a
better direction.

Social Development: As the name suggests Social Development is developing the social
environment in the learning institution by which a sense of belongingness is developed among
the individuals, cutting the orthodox and societal backdrops prevalent in the society. As seen
and followed by the parents, the individuals reciprocate the same when in institution with their
colleagues, the cases like caste discrimination, difference in black and white race, discrimination
on the basis of income of parents, gender discrimination which reduces the chances of their
sustainability in the institution and creates a barrier for these individuals to give their best. The
students are teased and bullied which may lead them into drugs, alcohol, crime, terrorism and
even suicides. The social skills should be developed in the initial days of learning as these are the
days where grasping power is high and the personality of the individual can be moulded in the
any possible manner(Shange,2020).
Social Development enhances positive nature of an individual reducing the negativity and
creating equality among all sectors of the society. If the social skills of an individual are
developed the individual's health, educational growth, success, academical growth, overall well
being is also developed. When the individual from low income group or from backward tribe or
castes is companied with the others, the social skills of the other individual makes it possible for
to adjust with them or the vice versa. It refers in creating such skills which can help in managing
emotional values, achieving and setting goals which help in enhancing growth of an individual
simultaneously the society as well (Jung and et. al. 2020) . The individuals having social
development are more likely to build positive relations with the with the colleagues, they make
authorized decisions and can even handle the situations with matured perspective thus reducing
differences and bringing harmony in the environment.
For this the Educational workers play an important role in guiding the individuals and giving
them training of social skills which can enhance their overall growth. It should be considered as
an mandatory subject of educational plan. Some students do have the desire of connecting to all
the colleagues but they lack the skills to engage and carry on the conversation and gap bridges
between. The educational workers can organise sessions or conduct activities like teachings
through lectures, plays, dramas, activities, discussions, debates, etc. They can even boost the
morale of underdeveloped students, given them the chance to come forward and participate so
that the encouragement is perceived. The groups can be made with the mix of both category

individuals to develop friendly environment. Use of cartoons and other narrative tools to describe
the social expectations can be taken into consideration.
Emotional Development: To the person of any age group it becomes mandatory to have
emotions towards his peers or colleagues. The term emotion can be seen as the the feeling of an
individual towards the situations and experiences of the peers. As in the learning phase it
becomes easy to develop these emotions in a positive manner (Labegalini,And et. al. 2020). The
strong emotional development can build a good career, bring a good adult healthy outcome and
make him a responsible individual.
The emotions of an individual depends upon certain circumstances such as interacting with
adults or relatives, relations with the family, interaction with the friends and other colleagues,
kind of treatment they get from their institution. Like the students from backward region feel
neglected and they develop negative emotions towards everyone which stop their growth and
causing negativity to the economy. The negative emotions are sometimes expressed as hitting,
abusing, shouting, crying, etc. which out breaks the negative phases of an individual. The several
emotions can be classified as sadness, threat, excitement, happiness, disguise, anger. There are
several students who are less confident and are easily turned back when they are not motivated,
which makes them feel away from everyone and restraining themselves from growth and
competence(Khaksar and et. al. 2020).
Educational workers play a significant role in enhancing the skills to mend the emotions
and execute their deeds at an ease. The educators are working on the improvement of student's
skills by executing literacy programmes, etc. Building up the emotional skills helps in enhancing
the esteem of own self, the confidence, reducing the depression, realising the worth and
expressing thy self. The educators provides the help to remove the disability and increase the
knowledge of the students and making them build good and long lasting friendships, and creating
their self worth by which others and they themselves make a value. The individual having
emotional skills always maintains positive relations with everyone, will be following the
statements provided, would be having clear focus to the goal and would be treating equally the
weaker sections of the society. As the educator is one with specialisation and have the training to
mend the career of the individual, he plays the major role in economy for building the
skills(Wolfe, 2020).

As discussed above all the development areas of a student cannot be achieved without the
help of education workers. Education workers are the key person behind every persons success
regardless of the students gave them credit or not. They gave them support to learn new things
and help them to be a better person. So it is very essential for a education worker to enhance and
develop their skills for the betterment of their students and help them to survive in the cruel
world. Sometimes they have challenge to develop the skills of kids with certain disabilities, but
this required them to enhance them and give them a chance to grow rather to reject them on the
basis of their disability. Sometimes it is seen that institutions reject the students on the basis of
their caste, religion, nationality or their disabilities without considering their ability which
demotivate the individuals for their future. It is immoral for the institution which gives education
to others to behave like uneducated ones. These institutions worked with the efforts of
educational workers and they should take care to provide and maintain healthy learning
environment without discrimination on the basis of caste, religion, racism, disabilities etc.
CONCLUSION
The complete living of an individual is a learning phase only but the initial academic
education days are laid more emphasis. It can be concluded that how much these skills are
important for having a good future and succeed in the life. As Education plays an important role
in mending the career of the individuals, this stage is mandatory to develop the skills and prepare
him for the future. The present era is focused on the individuals who are well developed in skills
like social, emotional, physical, cognitive and language based.
The skills can help in bringing overall development in a student resulting in growth of him and
the whole economy as well. As the individuals are the future of the economy which
automatically makes them to be well versed with it. The physical skills will enhance their
physique whereas social skills and emotional skills can help them interact and deal with the
surroundings more effectively, where they are treating weaker sections and are treated equally.
The language and cognitive skills help to enhance the imagination toward different perspectives
and gives a more creative and authentic perception to see and deal with the environmental
surroundings. Thus, it can be well said that the role of educational workers in the schools or
colleges or any other academic institution is considered utmost in framing the career of an
individuals
