INTRODUCTION
In respect to develop individual plan, effective strength and capabilities are developed at
workplace that assists in increasing potential growth at work. Therefore, different kinds of skills
and abilities are developed that supports in making creative function and operations in the
business environment (Stecher and Hamilton, 2014). In respect to this, present report is based on
the leadership development plan that helps to accomplish desired goals and objectives with
enhancing capabilities to work in the organisation. Hence, different guidelines are also made in
the project that helps in enhancing skills and capabilities at workplace. These skills assist to
enhance my role and aspirations to make personal vision at workplace. Moreover, it is also
developing outcomes and performances as the leader to strive on the development.

Get regular feedbacks at work: It is the systematic work system through which I can
take my feedbacks towards the work in significant manner. In this regard, several ideas
and opinion develops in my knowledge for developing outcomes. It assists to meet with
goals and objectives. As per the feedback of manager, colleagues, juniors, etc. I can
perform in the better perspective that assists to manage my work in significant manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above report, it can be concluded that there are different skills and abilities
needed to perform functions and operations in leadership activities. In this regard, I need to
develop my performance through implementing different perspective at workplace. It is the most
important method that helps to considered creative function and operation at workplace. In
addition to this, it assists in attracting several people in the business environment. Furthermore,
development objectives have been determined that assists in achieving the desired results at
workplace. Overall, it makes proper functions and operations with several time-frame strategies
in the business unit.
