Introduction
The report helps in analysing the role of the strategic international human resource
management on the mergers and acquisition process. There are four articles that has been
provided and this has helped in providing view on different kind of importance of the same
effectively.
Role of Human Resource Management on Mergers and Acquisitions
In the first article The Moderating Role of Transformational Leadership on HR
Practices in M&A Integration, it helps in describing the research that helps in analysing the
effect of the different HRM practices on the behaviour of employees in the integration of
merger and acquisition (Brueller, Carmeli & Markman, 2018). The paper furthermore
discusses about the role of the entire transformational leadership in achieving the integration
of humans along with identification of the organizations in integration of M&A. This paper
discusses the transformational leadership approach that is required as to identify the different
achievements done through such respective leadership style.
Furthermore, Management Research, The Journal of the Iberoamerican Academy
of Management, the article discusses the management of the growth through
internationalization through different kind of cross border acquisitions. Furthermore, the
article discusses the different importance of introduction of the integration manager that will
help in strengthening the success of the process of integration post acquisition (Vasilaki et al.,
2016).
The respective paper introduces the integration manager within the board that helps in
analysing the different kind of behaviours that contributes in designing for the process of
internationalisation in mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, the paper discusses about the
concept of internationalisation acquisitions that may require the additional neutral flow of the

The article named Human Impacts on the Performance of Mergers and
Acquisitions helps in describing the contribution or the impact of the human beings on the
performance of the mergers along with acquisitions as well. the article discusses the entire
concept with the help of individual, managerial and organizational related factors and the
entire results are being based on different kind of influential factors without much
measurement of the direct relationship to the post acquisition outcomes as well (Pisano et al.,
2017).
In the article, it has been described that there are different kind of human impacts on
performance variations of the mergers and this has caused different human related issues as
well. In the respective article, it discusses that the M&A increases the turnover of the
employees and this can be huge issues for the company as well.
The last article Linking Merger and Acquisition Strategies to Postmerger
Integration: A Configurational Perspective of Human Resource Management discusses the
different kind of linkage in M&A along with post-merger acquisitions as well. Furthermore,
in the article, it has been viewed that there are different kinds of underlying processes that has

there is no match between the articles and the contents provided in the textbook as well.
