ADDIE model is helpful as it includes a total of five phases Analysis, Design, Development,
Implementation, and Evaluation. As the training method is structurally well divided it has helped
in targeting one area at a time and working on the trainees, intensely, at different areas.
The benefits of it are undisputable as the results have been rewarding. But one cannot overlook
the weaknesses that this method has. The system fails to be iterative. The approach is well suited
for the approaches that are dealing with static content but it fails to hold much relevance when
the end state of the content does not pertain to being static or having the pre-decided or pre-
determined end state. When the designs are prepared, it takes too long until its shortcomings are
recognized.

There is no doubt that the ADDIE method has different phase which has helped in getting the job
done with more precision and the work is done by making the trainees as the centre of the
training program rather than emphasizing more on the tool. But one thing that is being left out
which the student must take note of is that there is no inclusion of identity behaviour changes.
There is a post-test which is not able to recognize the areas where the improving is needed. Good
ideas are something that must be incorporated in every method but here in ADDIE there is no
provision for that. On the same hand, there is provision for the accommodating of the faults
ether. Trainees are human being and therefore the weaknesses have to be taken into
consideration.

needs to make effective use of ADDIE model. ADDIE model has been in use for a long time
now. This can be applied to WorldStrides as well. The model is simple, well-structured and
yields a uniform result. The trainer and the trainee and brought in one loop of the communication
process which is very important for the training pram to be successful. Amidst this, it is also
important that we are able to target well for which there must not be constant shifting of the
target and the support must be there which forms the very backbone of training sessions.

It is very important that there is effective training program of the sales agent because it is sales
that are going to generate the first step towards revenue. In this case, it is important that the
training program chosen are of prime type so that there is no issue in what the clients are
approached. High turnover rate is a big issue and may happen from incompetency of the
employees. When the employees are incompetent they are unable to do the job well that in turn is
going to create issues of job satisfaction. It is a well-known fact that the employee or the sale
turnover rate may rise due to a bad training session of the employees.
