INTRODUCTION
Information technology management is being considered as a process in which all the
resources related to information technology (IT) can easily be managed with the help of
company's goals and objectives. In present context, resources can be both tangible and intangible
like hardware (computers, IT related machineries) and software (data, application and many
more) (Carnall, 2018). Aim of producing an IT management plan is to develop values with the
help of technology. In order to do so, it is required for project managers and other essential
people of the company to develop strategies and then align it with the technology to attain
specific goals and objectives. In present report, Coffee Construction Australia has been chosen to
develop the plan. Company deals and delivers a broad range of civil projects including vital
transport networks, water and resources infrastructure, railway embankments and dam
construction; and major foundation and civil works for water treatment and desalination plants
but have not been much familiar with the technology and uses traditional approaches only.
Assignment will include the strategic IS plan of 1 to 4 years along with strategic themes.

Australia and delivers a civil projects to its clients. Along with this, company have also focused
on a number of elements like vital transport networks, water and resources infrastructure, railway
embankments and dam construction; and major foundation and civil works for water treatment
and desalination plants. Recently, BOD of Coffee Constructions Australia have found that they
are following an old style of doing business which impacted on there reputation and values as
well at the same time including profit rations and productivity at the same time of Coffee
Construction Australia. Here, organization have decided to develop an Information technology
management so that they may embrace technology and become updated. This may aid them in
gaining competitive advantages again in near future (Laudon and Laudon, 2016).

a project-wide system.” because the company is doing business in construction industry and the
purpose is to become a leading construction organization as firm have faced a number of losses
in past few years.
Vision : Company have kept its focus on “To become a leading construction business
organization in upcoming four years by implementing the information technology management
plan.” This may aid them in reaching to a whole new level of technology where they will gain
many competitive advantages in all over Australia.
On the other hand, Business drivers are being considered as the key inputs that drives a
business operations and finance as well at the same time. In present context, there are some of
business drivers that plays a crucial role for Coffee Construction Australia and these are Traffic
volume to a website, prices of services, Energy and electricity costs, Effectiveness of employees
and so on. These are some essential business drivers that are dealing with the company and
helping firm to perform well but the technology related aspect has been a barrier for Coffee

become easier for project managers of CCA to use, then expand its impact throughout the
organization, and then serve as a new means for deeper automated interaction and integration
while constructing the buildings.

family based traditional approach which affected their reputation, it is required for organisation
to keep its focus on the building a strategy which may lead them to enhance their productive
