INTRODUCTION
Reflection is generally define a report which generally used to describe the variety of the
experience possessed by me in process of carrying out the different event in the organization.
This reflection used to consider experience of taking part in role play activity and pursuing my
personal carer goal. This report highlights the description of event, feeling of the individual at
the time of project, analysis of different skill set and action plan of the same as well.
MAIN BODY
In the process of accomplish degree from the University all student were asked to perform a role
play activity with the assist of online technology. All the student were asked to pair in the group
of two individual and all the student has to act as interviewee and interviewer in the activity. In
the role play all the individual has to take the interview of another individual which has been
included in the interview, all the question should be relation to the role which has been selected
by the individual. Main reason behind conducting these sort of the activity in the University to
get the idea about the amount of the understanding which is being possessed by the individual.
For the current study the role which has been selected by me was Hotel receptionist. Current
activity or the event was also organized by the University to understand and analysis variety of
different skill set which has been possess by the different individual in the market (Tirch and
et.al., 2019). All the student were judged and marked by the lecturers who were presented in the
role play activity in the organization. Conducting these activity and pursuing my goal of
constructing good career in the hospitality industry has taken me through variety of different
situation, some of them has assisted me in seeing good success at the same time some has
presented better amount of challenges in front of me to defend the same and pursue with my
personal career goal in the long run.
There was variety of the different sort of feeling which I went throughout process of carry out
role activity in the firm. As it has been identified that in the starting stage I was very nervous to
conduct different sort of task reason behind same that I was conducting such kind of the task in
the organization but as I started working on the same I started feeling better in the project as I
was able to gather the outcome of the issue in the better way, these has ultimately assisted me in
feeling better in the project as well.

Starting from the skill set enhanced by me by conducting the activity and pursuing my career
goal. First thing which was learnt and developed a lot in the process was the communication
skill of mine and I am more than 100 percent sure that it will assist me at the time of carrying
out any sort of professional duty as well in the market (Thudt, and et.al., 2018). As it has been
identified by me that in the process of pursuing my qualification university has generally ask me
to communicate with variety of the different individual with the assist of different tool in the
general, these has ultimately assisted me in getting better amount of assessment in improving
my communication skill. As it was identified by me that in the past I was not having better
amount of written communication in the starting stage of my college but with the assessment of
different efforts which was done by University to communicate with the senior with the assist of
written letter and all I was able to improve my communication skill. Developing my
communication will ultimately assist me in constructing good impression mine on the other at
time of professional commitment.
Another skill which was developed by me by taking part in the role play activity is the
confidence level of mine. As in the past I generally used to hesitate in taking part in any of the
activity and generally used to feel better amount of pressure to answer the question by taking
part in the role play activity it has ultimately assisted me in constructing better amount of
confidence in facing any interview. This will ultimately assist me at the time of appearing for
any of the interview for any job role. These will ultimately assist me in constructing better
amount of image on to the interviewer as it is one of the important thing which will assist me at
the time of getting the job as it is one of the personal goal of mine in real. Another sort of the
learning which was learnt by me was information about the roles and responsibility of Hotel
receptionist, as during the time at the University the first thing which has been learnt by me was
that there are variety of different type of responsibility which has to be carried out by me in the
project in the long run. These will ultimately assist me in improving the efficiency of variety of
different activity which will be carried out by me in the project. This will ultimately assisted me
in accomplishing variety of different sort of personal goal of the mine in the long run of

skill of mine in general. As it has been identified that hotel receptionist has to solve the variety
of the different sort of the issue which is being faced by the consumer in the market also variety
of the issue which has been faced by the guest over the phone call as well. Another issue which
was faced by me was that I was not able to gel up that nicely in the team environment as
expected by professional institution. Reason for identifying by me was that I was finding it easy

theoretical as well as practical knowledge as well about the different aspect of maintaining a
better amount of team working skill in the market. Also I will be making sure that I will trust my
listening skill in the team environment, these will ultimately assist me in constructing better
amount of the relationship with variety of different team member in the market. Constructing a
relationship with the team member is one of the most important activity which need to be there.
Outcome of these will be measure by the way of the benchmarking framework. As different
benchmark will be set way before and on the basis of different activity will be measured
