Over the past two decades, there has been a significant increase of various students taking
parts in various athletic activities within their respective institutions. This therefore has been able
to reflect the importance and even the relevance of athletics within the entire country.
The video clearly relates to the athletic administration in quite a number of ways. First of
all it points out that appropriate leadership is important when it comes to taking care of academic
standards together with various accountability measures that are applied in nearly all the
institutions. Additionally, the video states that the commitment of each and every leader to the
ongoing form of professional development of all the athletics administrators and even the tutor
coaches appears to be one of the most significant acts that can be taken to ensure that each and
every challenges being faced in athletics is appropriately managed. The principle being a leader
of the school, it is his or her responsibility to work with all the relevant stakeholders when it
