Introduction
This reflective report is effective for comprehending the skills that I learned in the role
process. It also supports to comprehend the different that requires research on the same topic.
In last, it discusses different activities that have to be considered at the time of role play.
Body
I gained my understanding of certain activities that could be effective in be a manager in the
upcoming period. In the role play, play the role of manager wherein I was accountable to
listen to the grievance and complaints of the employees towards the working place
atmosphere, personal life, and organizational policies. I comprehend how we task with others
and make an effective relationship with others. In this, I learned the way by which an
individual could hand others as it improved my handling skills. I also improved my
communication skills by directly communicating with others on the small issues of
employees as it could be effective in the attainment my personal as well as professional skills.
I observed how we handle different kinds of issues. I also observed many skills that could be
effective for that attainment of the organizational task and support to make a decision in the
context of current matter. It is examined that team-building skills could be effective for
managing the conflict of the organizational issues at the working place (Burke, 2017). I did
some mistakes that could be associated with conflict handling that could directly impact on
organizational performance. I understood that motivational techniques could be effective in
improving the issues of employees.
At the time of talking with an employee, an employee has shared one issue with me and I
failed to comprehend on behalf of their perspective that creates a negative image of mine. I
am unable to give sympathy to my employee at the time of handling this issue that could
create an issue between employees as well as mine. I understood that the employee could feel
bad at the time of dealing with others. In the group process, I contributed my best in all the
activities and support each member of the team to get a positive outcome.
I give my best contribution to the decision-making process that is effective in the attainment
of the organizational task. I also negotiate the team member for making the stress free
atmosphere in the role-play and openly talk to each member effective decision. I also
influence each employee how management skills could be improved and supports to make a
reliable conclusion. It observed that I performed well in the group as I collected the feedback
from my team members and knows what I did wrong and right. It supported me for making
an opportunity to get a favorable result in the context of the current matter (Quinn, 2016). I

did too much research about role play and comprehend how we perform well in the role play
as well as I also comprehend how to motivate others.
I used many sources named YouTube, Books, Google, and Articles in improving my skills
and meet the aim and objectives of the research matter. It is examined that such skills could
be effective for the attainment of organizational skills and make a decision effectively. I also
analyzed that such sources could lead to me to increase my depth understanding of role play.
I observed that online sources are effective in improving my existing skills and supports to
get a reliable outcome.
It is evaluated that the offline sources could be quite costly as compared to other sources
(Heider, 2017). But at the same time, it is founded that such skills be effective for the
attainment of organizational skills. It is examined that each individual could consider such
sources for the attainment of the organizational task (Ferilli, et al., 2017). At the time of
conducting the research on my role, I failed to gain my understanding of the ethical issues
due to my casual attitude. I was seeking that ethical consideration could not be a major part of
any activity but I realized that this could be essential for any activity. Due to the lack of
ethical consideration norms, I unable to convey the employee in some situation. I also did not
improve my negotiation skills, which leads to the attainment of any activity in the least time
and cost. These skills are effective for an individual to perform well in the group (Horigan,
2014).
I needed to more focus on many skills that will lead to improving my role at the time of
playing in the group. I did the additional research on some particular issue for improving my
work productivity as well as behavior. I also observed that some skills could necessary for a
manager to effectively conduct the study and reach about at a reliable goal. These skills could
be associated with communication, coordination, and motivation, interpersonal, ethics, and
negotiation.
These skills will lead to me to improve my personal as well as professional behavior of mine
(Shack, 2018). It is examined that an individual could improve their productivity and get
higher competitive productivity by considering such sources. Team coordination is an
effective skill that will facilitate me to coordinate with my team members and reach a
favorable conclusion. However, due to the lack of these skills, I can be failed to effectively
manage the task and meet the research matter.
I also observed that I quickly express my feeling in front of others that could make a negative
image of mine and reflect the behavior of mine. Thus, I focus on improving my interpersonal
as well as emotional intelligence skills for making transparent behavior with others.

Interpersonal skills could be effective for conducting a behavior that could not personally
hurt other people behavior (Lewis, 2017). The communication skills will lead me to directly
convey with my team members and solve their query in a systematic way (Rosemann and
Brocke, 2015).
Thus, it is founded that an individual should deeply evaluate the skills as well as related
information and afterward making a reliable decision in the context of current matter. It is
also evaluated that these additional research will be effective for improving the many skills
that I forget to consider (Napier, et al., 2014). It will also facilitate me to perform an excellent
role in the upcoming period. It is evaluated that the additional skills will be effective in
improving my personal as well as professional behavior and lead to obtain a positive result in
the upcoming period (Vom Brocke and Rosemann, 2014).
Conclusion
As per the above interpretation, it can be summarised that personal learning could support an
individual for performing well. It can also be concluded that there are many skills which
could affect to an individual at the time of performing in the group named team building,
corporation, communication, motivation, negotiation, and ethical consideration. It can also be
concluded that an individual of roleplay should consider such skills and gained their depth
understanding about the same for performing well their role and meet positive outcome.
