Social care workers takes into consideration workers which are responsible in catering
personal and professional assistance to vulnerable clients (Banks, 2012). These workers ensure

Pharmacists: They are responsible for supplying medication in the right manner. In a
team effort they assure that prescribed medicine is available for a service user when required. If

make sure that there is no comprise with level of safety, security and health of individual. A brief
description considering roles which is played by them are as follows:
Maintaining Health for the service users
The catering and laundry staff assures that level of hygiene is maintained relating to
service users.
The tools and equipments which used to deliver service should be cleaned so that there is
a minimum chance for allergies and infections (Munn-Giddings and Winter, 2013). The pharmacists can offer and supply right medication so that level of health could be
sustained.
Maintaining safety
The tools and equipment which are hazardous in nature such as electrical appliances and
knives etc. should either eliminated or substituted with less harmful objects. The managers can assures that level of safety could be maintained by assuring all the
direct and indirect domain are adhering to the guidelines and protocols relating to safety

Receptionist with the care home should make sure that only authorised person are able to
