ROLEX to acquire best outcomes in a minimum time period by satisfying desires of maximum

qualitative is much better than quantitative. Therefore, entire team is going to use qualitative
technique for this process in order to make effective or corrective decision.

them towards organizational objectives. After analysing these three methods descriptive is
selected for this project because it is totally appropriate on qualitative research method. Thus,
with the help of this, managers of an enterprise can easily gain relevant data which is used by
them while judgement process.

corrective path in order to attain specific goals. However, distinct methodologies is utilized by
ROLEX to acquire best outcomes in a minimum time period by satisfying desires of maximum
clients as well as employees. Therefore, some of the essential tools of collecting facts or figures
are going to be expressed as follows:
3.1 Types of researches
One of the major thing is that researcher needs to select suitable method for accumulating
precise data as per their requirement. Thus, investigator is choosing best alternatives amongst
two methods that is either qualitative or quantitative in order to attain their set objectives in a
desired time frame. However, qualitative method shows the information in terms of name,
symbols, signs and types. It means this technique aids an association during decision making
process (Keller,, et al., 2011). Whereas, quantitative technique expressed the data in statistical
form which means it helps an enterprise or researcher during forecasting capital or survey.
Hence, both the tools are useful and playing a major role in acquisition of necessary facts but
qualitative is much better than quantitative. Therefore, entire team is going to use qualitative
technique for this process in order to make effective or corrective decision.
3.2 Research design
One of the essential part for overall research project because it aids in assisting an
enterprise towards right direction for attaining set goals by maintaining their company standards.
However, process of designing investigation is classifying into various parts such as;
exploratory, descriptive and experimental. Basically, these three technique is considered as a
most effective tools because it provides the blueprint of various business activities and encourage
them towards organizational objectives. After analysing these three methods descriptive is

opinions of distinct persons express more or more information (Terpstra, , et al., 2012). Thus, it
has been segmented into two different parts such as interpretivism and positivism belief that are
fully opposite with each other. Hence, by comparing these two, interpretivism has been chosen
by the investigator for further initiatives because of its advantageous.
3.4 Approach
It has been segregated into dual part one is deductive and another one is inductive
approach so that they researcher can run their project in much better way. After analysing both
the term it has been analysed that inductive framework is highly suits on current assignment
because qualitative technique is adopted for gathering precise data (Sonmez, , et al., 2013).
Basically this approach is useful for understanding the changes of technology at workplace
because assessment of modern techniques is not an easy task as it requires more knowledge or
experience.
3.6 Methods of data collection
Gathering of relevant information is one of the indispensable part of research project
because success of entire project is mainly depending upon relevant facts or figures. Basically,
researcher may adopt two types of technique such as primary and secondary.
Both the methods are totally different from each other in various aspect. whereas
secondary is considered as a second hand. For example; literature, newspapers, books and life
stories of several authors are falls under secondary tool (Yeshin,, 2012). On contrary to this,
personal interviews or questionnaire are considered under primary method. Basically,
questionnaire is used in this project for accumulating first-hand information with the help of
various individuals.
3.7 Ethical considerations
This part of research project highlights the corrective path which is used by researcher in
a ethical manner. It means, an association needs to ensure that business activities might be
accomplished in a right manner without exploiting the interest of others. Along with this, it is
indispensable to protect the confidential information or data of distinct respondents from frauds
which may be used in a wrongful way. Basically, time and capital needs to be considered by an

without breaking the rules or regulations designed by legal bodies or higher authority of an
organization. In fact, it is indispensable to follow useful guidelines while performing business
activities in order to minimize the chances of losses.

data with the use of questionnaire in order to understand the views or opinions of various
individuals on technology changes. Thus, 30 sample size is selected for gaining corrective
thoughts about the issues which might be occurred during modification in current technology.
