the management of quality in their products & services. In context to quality, it is beneficial for both
organization as well as customer as consumer is getting good quality products and with is company
is attracting customers effectively. As manager also focusing on the different theories of quality
management of analysing and measuring quality in their products. In addition to this, Rolls-Royce
is also considering the different approaches of economical, environmental, social factor of their
business environment which are beneficial for their business organization.
