the UK. Tourism can be basically recognised as
going out of the usual environment, travelling to
new places, staying at new location less than a year.

Research is defined as a careful consideration of
study regarding a particular concern or a problem
which is applying scientific methods. In research
methodology will be used to collect information
and data from different resources and the purpose
of making business decision. There are conducting
two types research which can help to know how
many peoples can take interest to go for summer
holiday specifically in Romania.
According to Business Dictionary, research
methodology is defined as “the process used to
collect information and data for the purpose of
making business decisions”. It includes: 5
publication research, surveys and/or interviews,
but also other research techniques. This
methodology could include nowadays information
as well as historical information. On the other and,
research methods are all the processes, strategies
or techniques that are used to collect all the
necessary data or information for analysis needed
in the process of uncovering of new information or

the industry is trying to provide a bigger customer
satisfaction so that a customer will come again
towards the premise of a company. This type of
strategies will surely help them to gain their 20
customer base. These steps will surely help the
travel and tourism industry to gain a good market in
Romania. Apart from that, this also helps in
increasing economic conduction of country also.
Therefore, it has become necessary for the travel
and tourism industry in Romania.
From the above findings, it can be determined that the
travel and tourism industry should also capture the
range of middle class which is so much stayed in the
country. This will help them to gain their customer base
easily. In order to do that the industry should try to
down their prices as much as possible. They should
adopt a pricing strategy within attract the customer first.
If a customer is bounded with the services of travel and
tourism industry first than it will be easier for the
industry to maintain them as per their requirement.
Apart from such recommendation another suggestion is
given to the industry is that they should deal in
providing them all the valuable asset of them so that
their personal interest will not be bothered. The
industry should provide them laptop, internet facility
and other aspects also which can help them to stay easy
and calm in the holiday. These techniques will help the
industry to gain competitive advantage. Adopting such
recommendation will help the industry to grow in the
region.
