The present project initiation document is based on international expansion of food and
drink delivery business. Further, Rosa's Fresh Pizza company is undertaken in the current
assignment which currently operating in UAS and expanding business in Liverpool city of UK.
Further, key objectives to increase market share, generate more sales and profit as well as boost
up its financial performance in food industry. Expected outcomes of the present project are
increasing international market presence, enhance sales and become more financially sound.
Scope of the project is that, company can expand business in another markets as well
where it can become a multinational firm (Mir and Pinnington, 2014). It has been assumed in the
study that, Rosa's Fresh Pizza will be expanded within two months where 1,60,000 amount will
be needed. Further, constraints are like enhance cost and time-frame, government rules and
regulations of UK market, reduce sales and productivity etc.
In this two parties are interested which are like project manager who will complete the
whole plan and Chief Operating Officer who will provide fund as a project sponsor. Other than
these, stakeholders will be other parties who interested in current project.
Project Approach
From the business case, option of market development will be considered where Rosa's
Fresh Pizza will enter in new market with existing food products and beverages. In accordance to
the selected business option i.e. market development cited firm will analyse potential market
