INTRODUCTION
In present scenario mostly person are interested to run their own business that makes
different from others. Business includes an activity that runs by a business concern who have
knowledge and experience to do. For doing business a person should have enough capital and
resources to start a business that give a confidence and ideas to be sustain at market place (Arntz-
Gray, 2016). The main purpose of this report is to understand how to start a business and what
are needs to start a business. Moreover, this report will covered a small business idea on Fragrant
candles that is creative business ideas prepares from wastes that attract customers. This report
will covered location, industry, business model and visual identity that helps to promote a
business socially, equality and diversity growth of business activities. Any business need to get
help of primary and secondary research that give information demands and expectation of
customer that helps to develop a business with the help of market research (Berends and et.al.,
2016).

Story/Industry: Rose candle is a small craft candle which aims to serve fragrant candles
in UK's high street there number of shops are available. A market research shows attractive and
designing candles are high demanded product at market place. It shows an interest of people to
decorate homes at festival and other celebration day. This idea was taken from childhood as
interested in drawing and using wastes material that helps to innovate new things to decorate
homes with different and colourful lights. According to this business idea annual sales has risen
£5.2 billion and expected to grow more in upcoming years. From this innovative idea home can
be decorate perfect by increasing sales.
Location: It has been analysed through market research that the best location to start a
fragrant candle business is UK's high street that is London where number of population are
living.
Target customer: A rapidly research on social media, Instagram and twitter has stated
that youngster and women are mostly interested to buy innovative products and also interested
to see posted images of home decor candles, therefore the market and women customer should

business it has faced dilemma that from where it should purchase products at low cost, how it
can increase its sales,capital issue and customer loyalty. To solve this dilemma manager decided
to buy products at low cost from manufacture at discounted price. For solving capital issue it can
take loan from bank and to create customer loyalty it should provide better quality products at
reasonable cost (Inman, 2016).
Conclusion:
Tesco company started its new business by solving problems and increasing customer
faith. Its manager has solved this dilemma by choosing one best option that helped to increase
sale and customer trust by providing better quality at low cost. Hence manager of Rose candle
has option to choose best alternative to solve ethical dilemma such as increase customer interest

contract is used for piece or on call work that means worker will work on call when organisation
has needs to get work done on time. In this case employees has right to get minimum wages as
fixed by government or legal authority. UK's government has introduced Equality and diversity
law to protect worker's rights such as-
Enterprise can not create partiality and differentiation on the basis of promotion,
age, sex, relative and performance.
Wages and salary discrimination is not allowed in any industry (Regnier, 2017).
On the basis of working hours worker's discrimination is bounded.
Each business enterprise should protect interest of workers who are working in a organisation
and should provide safety work environment that helps to work effectively by providing good
