INTRODUCTION
Healthcare entity needs to implement several changes in the care provision so that better
services can be delivered to the patients. In this respect, the present research study has been
emphasizing on Rosewood Centre which requires several development and modifications in the
health care entity. Thus, in this context discussion has been included regarding roles and
responsibilities of new health care manager in Rosewood Centre. Researcher is also discussing
the theoretical implementation of change management in the care entity with suitable references.
