Target Question 1:
All business operations can be understood to be quite critical in nature and in association
with this, to have a professional role in the business organizations, all individuals need to have a
set of skills which shall ensure considerate operational efficiency. For the role of a Roster
Officer, the skills and work experience which can enable me to perform this role in a vital
manner can be mentioned to be as follows:
Event management: Having been appointed in various events and undertaken the
initiatives to organize the same, I am able to manage large crowds efficiently. In
consideration with this, I am also very effective in managing schedules and schedules. In
line with this, it can be effectively stated that, I can conduct the Role of the Roster
Officer in an effective manner as it will involve management off rosters and schedules.
Problem solving skills: Another effective skill I possess is the problem solving skills.
Being the head of various clubs and associated operations I have the capability to solve
the problems in an adequate manner which will be a useful skill in the long run.
Communication skills: Another critical skill required for the role of a Roster manager is
the communication skill which will ensure that I am being able to communicate with the
various team members efficiently.
Team work skills: Lastly, my team work skills and ability to lead a team will also help
me to attain the role of a Roster officer.
Target Question 2:
In my University and workplace I was responsible for leading various teams for the
purpose of class assessments. It is in this experience that I have been able to identify as well as
showcase my communication skills effusively. As the teams I was dealing with in the University,
belonged to diverse culture backgrounds, it can be effectively mentioned that, I was their leader

and ensured that there did not take place any conflicts between them. Moreover, at one point
when there was a conflict between the members regarding a light joke made by one of the
fellows but misunderstood by the other, I acted as a negotiator in the conflict management
procedure and was able to resolve the particular conflict in an effective manner. Therefore, from
this instance, I gained the confidence that; I will be able to engage in successful communication
procedure in my role as a Roster officer as well which makes me fit for the job.
