INTRODUCTION
Policy is highly effective which can lead to create high impact on delivery of better and
effective learning that can allow to provide better implementation of ways and strategy that can
help to improve that issues which are related with large number of population and have high
impact. Through applying the policy, it can help in getting better improvement and allow to
deliver effective response towards the better help and social improvement regarding the public
concern (Ozgumus & Ekmekci, (2019)). There is various problem in the society which need to
take in consideration and should ensure about taking care of effective learning that have better
positive impact. In this, there is need to make some policy and strategy which can be effective
and help to improve the issues through minimising its consequences. In this report, there is
discussion about the On the streets “An investigation into rough sleeping December 2018”. In
this report, there is discussion about the context of policy, objective, finding and arguments that
should be included in taking care of objective that have better response towards the social issues.
There is also discussion about the social science theory along with research and welfare ideology

Discussing aim of the organisation
There are large number of population which can be effective and allow to provide better
learning that are associated with taking care of the people who are not having their own home
and also known by homeless. This create high difficulty in coping with the situation and their

sleeping. Here, rough sleeping leads to most visible form of the homelessness. This also include
the sleeping outside or may include that sleeping in the place where they are not designed to
sleep like empty building or care (Ahmady, Saberi & Ahmadi, (2020)). These are some of the
ways through which it can lead to create high risk of rough sleeping in comparison to others.
Through applying the policy which is highly effective and have better response towards delivery
of better care and support that can helping in providing better care and support to ensure about
the better learning and associates with taking care of good sleep (Waddell, (2019)). This can also

effective learning about the reducing the risk of rough sleeping.
Through applying this policy, it includes about delivery of better and effective response
towards providing proper care and support that are effective and have better response towards
taking care of reducing the risk of rough sleep. In this, government has made some legislation
that are effective and have better response towards providing effective care and response that are
associated with taking care of their better improvement and reducing the risk of homelessness
that have result to rough sleep (Shih, Chang & Chin, (2020)).
They are policy maker who work effective and have better knowledge regarding the
research which are associated with taking care of better and effective response. This can also

implement the effective strategy which should be effective and help to reduce the impact and its

There is various social problem identified which is associated with the rough sleeping, such
as physical (sleep deterioration, lack of food, misuse of drugs and alcohol, etc.) and mental
health problems (relationship problems, breakdown with friends and family, difficulty in finding
job when a person is street homeless. The rough sleeping have an immense impact on the
society as person is difficult to find services due to homeless, here the service provider need

,etc. due to jobless, person start consuming alcohol to feel calm but regular use in consuming
high amount cause alcohol misuse and this impact change in their behaviour, they start abusing

One of the main social problem identified by the rough sleep is mental problem, as person
cannot sleep properly, cannot eat on time their whole life cycle is changed. They cannot handle

neither their family nor their friends, all relationship started to breakdown. Which affect the
person very deeply, they feel bad stigma to the society. As people start discriminating themselves
from the homeless person. They difficult to do their regular day to day activity which started to
cause many illnesses such as developing microbial infection due to untidy (Verma et. al.,
(2022)).
There is need to implement some strategy which can be effective to deal with the vast issue
of rough sleeping. Due to increasing in the number of rough sleeping which create high impact
on delivery of better and helpful understanding about the rough sleeping. In this, government has
introduced some strategy and policy along with some legislation which are effective and allow to
effectively deal with the situation of rough sleeping which are generally cause due to
homelessness.
There is a policy which has been introduced to provide better control on the increasing
cases of rough sleeping and to reduce the negative health impact on the large population which
can be done through reducing the number of people who experience the rough sleeping. Here,

and in last 5 years 21% of households are recorded street homeless.
