INTRODUCTION
In order to determine the effective set of measures within the organization, the term project
management serves as an important term in providing the best set of services according to the
requirement of the project. This assignment includes a wide range of activities which plays a vital role in
implementing the successful project tasks which include the set of elements such as cost, schedule, and
quality determined within the project, in which the London Skills Concern registered as the new and
young organization in sector od charity and trade operating in the public and private sector provides the
guidance and support to the people searching for the work (Artto et al., 2016), along with this LSC also
organizes the set of programs in schools with the aim to guide the children in terms of opting their
career to the children and provides the programs for the young people who does not have the proper
education and training certificate of NEET, with the motive to work together with the local people which
are required to report the total number of NEET people to Central Government, which therefore
includes the relevant reporting and gathering of information.
The LSC has the budget of €8m along with the support provided by the well-wishers and London Donors,
with having the number of revenue streams operating mostly in the area where unemployment in terms
of youth serves as the big cause of worry defined mainly in inner London areas (Defusco et al., 2017).

The main characteristics of the project include the combination of four major terms which includes
scope, risk, time, quality and resources of the project.

This report deals with the detailed analysis done on an organization named as London Skills Concern
(LSC) which is the newly established organization which serves the people in sectors of charity and
trading operating in the private and public sectors in order to provide the guidance to young people
looking for employment, the organization also aims to provide the effective programs in schools and
inner areas of London, where the phases of the project development lifecycle has been includes in order
to control and monitor the progress of the project, where the risk management factors, work
