INTRODUCTION
In this report I am briefing about all the employability skills I either improved or acquired
during the learning of the module. All the feedback conveyed in the class activities was a major part
in this learning module.
MAIN BODY
Module has helped me in improving multiple skills. Based on the module I could participate
in various activities that could improve my employability skills. Some of the employability skills
which I have developed from the module and from the feedback are mentioned below:
Observing the Key Role
The whole learning in this report focused on the key objectives of the assigned role in the
organisation. The observing process helped me in identifying the main purpose for which I got a
part in the company. Every employee must know about its usage and expertise in the company in
which he is employed so he can serve the best of himself to the organisation. Clarification of the
assigned role in the company gives the wide perspective to the employee about his job and such
perspective drive the employee to utilise his position more efficiently. This activity befitted me as
well to understand my role in the organisation and helped in improving my productivity towards
my position in the company. Role identification becomes very crucial while serving for any
company because it improves clarity of the thought process about my role and gives a proper
perspective to do the assigned job (Noe and et.al., 2017). This process of observation also helps in
improving the work efficiency of my job position out of the clear thought process. Observation of
key role also helps in building work efficiency that come out as a more productive output of the job.
Resource Management
This process gives the wide perspective to utilising company's resources. Resources are
minimum and limited for every organisation so to utilise the available resources at optimum is
mandatory and contribute a lot in company's growth and development. In this study of optimum
utilisation we learnt multiple techniques through which all the resources of the company can be
used in the best manner possible so that company can work more dominantly in front of all its
competitors. In this study I learn to manage all the resources of the company so that the wastage
comes out to be minimum and that improve the operation quality of the company as well. Utilising
company's resources the best way possible is the priority aspect for all the organisations because the
company needs to produce the best output possible out of its limited number of resources and that is
only possible if the resource of the company used in the most effective manner. This process gives
the wide perspective towards the input of the company (Morden, 2017). All the stakeholders of the
company always look forward to company's market position and this becomes the major factor to

stakeholders of the company and gives the best approach possible to sharp all the resources of the
company and make it more productive.
Time Management
In this process we have discussed the brief studios regarding time management. Time is one
of the most crucial element works in company's growth and development. Resources of the
company and time both comes in the same regime for company's operations. Time is limited so it is
mandatory to use it in best way possible to bring out the best productivity of all the work force. In
this process of time management we took planty of sessions of expertise people on how to use time
in best way possible. Time always affects the work beacuse financial resources can be maximise but
this factor will remain the same so to manage the time in the most effective way possible is
probably the ultimate need of all the entities. All the working entities weather it is big or small
always keep focus on time management bacause it gives the shape to company's future. Every
project has its pre set deadline so to complete the assigned task in the expected time period is
always the must and this process give all the brief about using the time in best way so all the
projects can complete in stipulated time frame. In the business aspects time management is the
leading factor because it affects each and every operation of the company. We have learnt all the
theories in this process on using time effectively and effeciently so the operations in the company
run smoothly and flexibly.
Work Management
Work management is always a key factor in the effectiveness of the assigned work. Work
management is a technique through which all the assigned work can be done in expected time
frame. Study of work management gives you the complete brief about distributing the whole
assigned work in sucg a way that all the assigned work can be done in given time frame. Work
management also include the work effeciency (Heizer and et.al., 2017) . A work must be manage in
such a way that it look effecient , productive and presentable as well in the best way possible. In
this process I have learnt how to give a shape to my work so it can be done in the way it is expected
by all the higher authorities. All the tricks, models and methods was part of this study of work
management and gives us a clear brief about the proper management of the work.
Communication Improvement
In the process of communication improvement we discussed all the frameworks about
communication improvement. To improve the communication skill I needed to understand the
importance of communication at work place first so apparantly we researched about importance of
stakeholders of the company and gives the best approach possible to sharp all the resources of the
company and make it more productive.

work for conducting such task is like essential for such task. Teamwork involves so many factors
like team bonding, team effeciency, communication, planning and all other aspects that help in
running the company's operation effeciently. The learning of teamwork emphasis on individual
ability in the team as well. According to the learning outcome each employee is different from
others and thats feasible to aquire the different abilities for each and every individual so in
teamwork I had to allot all tasks based on the ability and potential of the employee. This helped me
developing this skill. Teamwork made my operation process easy and acheivable so to have the
effecient team in the operational structure is mandatory. The module focused on individual
contributions in the team as well (Spradley, 2016). I have learnt with the help of team learning not
just to work effectively and effeciently in the team but also in the wider range to make a productive
team as well. I also developed a skill of sharring responsibilities and tasks in a workplace. Team
learning is not just about doing your own tasks effeciently but to contribute in other's work is also a
part of team work. As per learning all the members in the team should not just focus on individual
goals but they shoud think in the perspective of the whole team. They should help other members to
do their tasks as well so all the members in team can come out more effeciently. Team work is also
about to appreciate ideas of each others as well. If any of the idea given by any team member is
usefull then it must be appreciated by all the team members.
Problem solving skill
The learning in the module also focused on presenting any of the idea that can be benefitial
for the entire company and this has helped me to improve my problem solving skill. I have learnt in
the process of this project to present your idea effetively in front of all the senior management of the
organisation if company is facing any problem. As per the module I learnt how to offer solution to
problems in an effective manner (Kwon and Kudrowitz, 2018). This helped alot in developing my
understanding the productiveness of individual ideas and to convert it into an effective business
aspects of communication (Hallet and et.al., 2016). Communication becomes the major part of all
the operations of the organisation so it has the huge value in performing any activity related to the
company. In this process of communication improvement we discussed about all the models,

not be profitable but it should effectively address the working goals of the entire organisation.
Problem analysis
As per the feedback of my tutor as I lacked problem analysis skills and the I focused on
errasing issues behind the operations as well. I have learnt during the course of this module to not
just to assess the issue but to make an effective approach to address such an issue. In the process of
employement in any organisation there will be multiple problems I always need to face and analyse
while doing my task and it is mandatory to address all the issues else I won't be able to sustain in
the organiastional competition. This factor helped not just in observing such a problem but to
address the problem with right set of mind as well. The learning also cover all the techniques that
can be usable in the process of addressing issues (Sundaram and et.al., 2016). The learning in this
factor focus not just to solve the problem for the once but the approach shoul be such dynamic that
it can be usable at all the time while facing the same problem. Addressing issue also sharpned my
inner skills to do any task. All the employees in the company gets the benifit of an effective
problem solving approach so the approach aquire in addressing issues gives benefit to the whole
organisation in wider range.
Open-mindedness
I also developed a skill of how to remain open-minded during the task which is one most
important employability skill. This module made me to get connceted with all the external entities
related to the organisation. Outsiders become the crucial part in company's operation they even
effect the selling process of the company so to have a better relationship with all the external factors
is mandatory to make the company's business profitable. In this process all the tricks to creatre
better working relations with outsider had been taught (McGrory and et.al., 2018). This learning
also focuss on the growth aspects of all the external entities related to the company. Outsiders to the
company involve not just in few operations but they are the part of all the operations of the
company weather it is sale, produce, marketing or all other major operations. So to make a better
working relations with all the external aspects to the company is much needed and helpful as well in
company's growth and development.
Self assessing skill
The learning in this module also bring self observation as a part of my job. Self assessing
will include the assessing of own task. All the results of this task will be focus on improvement in
my work style. Observation in this process will provide a better working envirnment for myself. All
is not enough in the context of the whole entity then it can't be implemented so the idea should just

These were the employability skill which I developed from the module assessments and
from the feedback. I felt a major development in my overall personality and has impoved my
learning. This learning module immensely improved my employability skills which can help me in
performing my job in the future.
