management for controlling their cost of products kept in inventory. This process is done using
the inventory management software which is connected with the sales (Lee, 2017). When a

the Information technology. Some of these ethics are given below:
Security: Security is major problem in using the information technology. With the use of
internet, hackers are using it for hacking purposes. The hacking gets easy when the system is
connected to the internet. Hackers are using the IP addresses for getting access to people
computers and collect the data for their selfish reasons.
Privacy Issues: People now a days take seconds to put their data online for sharing or
social reasons. It has also give rise to exploitation of our freedom for privacy. People uses
webcams, and other tricks for obtaining the personal computer access or private information of
computer users.

WAN - It is a technology that can be used in a location in which the computers are
arranged at a far distance. It may be situated in the boundary of a nation. This kind of network is
expanded in a very large geographical area. WAN is an interconnection of different kind of LAN
systems which are formulated in future as LAN systems (Yen, 2017). These systems are
connected by different line of telephones and wave of radios which helps the communication via
different channels. There are mainly two kinds of WAN systems like Switched and point-to-
point. The communication channels which are used in this kind of systems are called
PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network). The data that is connected with these systems have
to travel a long distance so that, the chances of damaging are increased. The speed of this system

are also down as compare of other systems. It provide speed in terms of KB per second or
MB/second.
MAN – it is a system which is limited in a specific boundary of a location. This kind of
technologies are smaller than WAN and bigger than LAN. This systems are also spread in a huge
geographic area and the services are provided in this network by Internet service provider. These
kind of systems are used by those individuals who wants more speed than the WAN network.
The establishment of these systems are not so easy for a firm. Modem and wired cable are the
main parts of this network. The most appropriate example are Cable TV and high speed digital
subscriber line of these type of systems.
LAN – This is also called as Local area network. This kind of system has their own
boundaries and small connections in a specific area therefore, the speed of transferring is higher
than the other systems. This kind of networks are formulated for the persons who wants a higher
speed. This type of connection are created by the wire or wireless. The most appropriate example
of this network is the PUBG game which is played by the number of individuals on their phone
without wire(Annie Jin,2012).
