company based in the United Kingdom that was founded in the year 1516. The company is
headquartered in London, UK. The company has operations throughout the United Kingdom.

by adopting as well as implementing corporate governance and ethics at the workplace which

aspect of corporate governance. In simpler words, it can be defined as combining the values of
the organisation such as trust, transparency etc. and transforming the same into policies that need
to be followed. Processes or activities that can be counted under corporate governance include
plans regarding specific actions, measuring the performance of the employees, decisions
