Come Support the Automation Process
Melbourne: The operations department of the Royal Melbourne Hospital is pleased to
inform all stakeholders of the hospital that, Stevens Branson, the new operational head of
the operations department plans to focus on automation of business process of the hospital.
The implementation of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) across all departments of the
hospital is an important strategic initiative of Stevens Branson. Mr. Branson, a post
graduate in healthcare operations management from the University of Melbourne has
worked in reputed hospitals of Australia and his strategic initiative has pleased all the
stakeholders of the Royal Melbourne Hospital. This automation process will be effective
from December, 2017.
The employees of the hospital including front-line-executives, nurses and medical
practitioners will receive a 15-days formal training of software handling which will
commence from next week. This strategic move of Stevens Branson will create long-term

Dr. Stevens Branson’s Powerful Plan to implement EMR in the Royal Melbourne
Hospital
Stevens Branson was recently named the head of the Operations Department of the Royal
Melbourne Hospital after his return to the hospital last July. After completing his post-
graduation from the University of Melbourne in Healthcare Operations management,

for three years.
