In this case, the scheduling has been developed using the work breakdown structure
method in which the project is divided into a number of deliverables and the deliverables into
several work packages and activities. These activities are linked using predecessor links and then
the duration of each activity have been set to determine the schedule of the project. There are
other methods tools of project scheduling including direct scheduling and others but those
methods are not accurate and often result in schedule overshoot. The work breakdown structure
method provide much more accurate results for the scheduling of the project.

In the above table, the project budget estimation is shown that is done using the bottom
up estimation technique. As per this technique, the resources with unit costs are allocated to the
various activities in the work breakdown structure in order to compute the total costs that are to
be encountered in this project.
As per the resource allocation and the costs encountered in the project, the main stress
points exist within the execution phase in the critical path, which is the main phase of the project.
These stress points are to be managed in order to ensure extra costs are not encountered, extra
labour is not required and additional time is not consumed.
