The Rule of Law refers to the fundamental rule of governance of the cultured independent

Law that is accepted and provided to ourselves. In India, Rule of Law is exemplified in
the Indian Constitution, in the principles preserved in part III and Preface. Over the period,
the Constitution of India has been construed by the courts and judges in the way to give a
generous understanding to the principles1.
Objectives
The main objective or project proposal is to conduct the national campaign on the Rule of
Law issue in India2. The objectives of project proposal are as below-

Stakeholders

campaign on Rule of Law issue in India, are badly influenced by the problem mentioned in
question, and have powers to alter the conditions, or even be liable for the recognised issues3.
Opportunities, Challenges and Obstacles
Most of the individuals are not alert of the judicial system prevailing in the nation and of the
rights related to the Constitution. Although the individuals are aware of this, they are not in
the condition to afford because of the poor financial status. In this way, the National
Campaign will be helpful in giving the knowledge to that people. In the addition of this, some
key challenges and obstacles are also faced in conducting national campaign such as problem
related to language and communication channels4.
Call to action
The national campaign will use effective Call to Action (CTA) ‘The Rule of Law in India’.
The Call to Action (CTA) campaign has advocacy at the core and, in the course of new
campaigning, has given contribution to the knowledge of the Rule of Law in India and the
supporting commitments we are considering in present time. By joining this call, the
stakeholders including people, institutions, organizations and communities will be able to
speak out in the support of the Rule of Law in India. It is call upon all the nations in respect
of the fundamental principles5.

To help this planning, approaches and promotional strategies to conduct effective national
