The business managers, in the recent times have thought of the process of incorporating
the mobile applications within the management system, corporate point-of-sale system and
inventory control system. Based on incorporating them into the key functional areas, it would be
highly helpful for them for performing different kind of business functions that would help in
bringing higher efficiency within the processes of impacting the customer satisfaction rates
(Zhao & Balagué, 2015). Thus, with the help of the efficient business applications, it would be
highly helpful for resolving queries of customers in real-time while handling the vast number of
requests.
3. In the present times, every sector within the businesses of the world would be most
likely to be impacted with the wide change in processes brought in with the effective use of
digital mobile devices. Most of the businesses in the recent times have switched on to the online
business platform, which have further been impacted with the high rate of adoption of mobile
applications (Purkayastha & Sharma, 2016). Hence, it can be discussed that these businesses
should equip their employees with a possible use of mobile devices such as the iPads and
iPhones, which could tremendously bring better impacts towards the processes.
From various researches, it has been seen that tablets and iPads have been mostly been
used for surveying the customers and gain their feedback regarding any core business processes.
On the other hand, retail business sector can make a profound impact over the business based on
providing handheld devices to their employees. They would then be able to keep a track over the
internal inventory processes and also update the outgoing and incoming supplies (Rangaswamy,
2015). Data collected from such devices would majorly help the business to understand any
possible areas of gap and thus act accordingly by designing proper strategies.
