1.0 Introduction
Training is the process with the help of which workers are able to improve their current
skills and competencies. There are complete and specific information about working efficiency
of workers with managers that they are able to understand that what type of training is best.
There are many changes which are taking place in external market such as change in technology
used at work place, updating of software, etc. due to which employees have to trained to get
knowledge about proper working style (AKSOY and DURSUN, 2018). There are different ways
through which employees can be trained such as conference, transfer, class room study, etc.
hence this is divided into two main major sources i.e. on the job training and off the job training.
Employees are the sources through which organisation can excel in industry because they
provide complete and specific information to consumers.
In this investigation, there is discussion about airlines organisation i.e. Ryanair. This is
the organisation which is based on Irish market but serves in different parts of world. This is the
sector in which may changes are taking place and if learning programmes are not planned, then it
is not easy for employees to present it. As there are many ways through which training can be
provided to employees, so in this case best method have to used with the help of which cost is
reasonable and learning is proper and relevant.
1.1 Background of the study:
Ryanair is the organisation which have good market share in industry, so it is important
to keep consumers satisfied. The key and core way to keep consumer's satisfied is to keep
employee satisfied. These days, employees not only want monetary benefits, but they want some
personal benefits as well. Hence with training, employees came to know about new changes
which are taking place in external market (Alamdari and Fagan, 2017). When training programs
are planned for improving knowledge of workers, then they are satisfied and their efficiency also
gets improved. Training sessions are organised for employees and organisational welfare; hence
it is responsibility of HR manager of Ryanair to analyse it properly and come with best way of
learning program. In order to provide better knowledge to employees training and development

sessions have to be conducted. They assist work force to improve their personal as well as
professional skills such as communication skills, decision making, problem solving, critical
thinking, etc. with the help of which performance can be improved. When workers are
performing well then it is easy for organization Ryanair. As there are many competitors in
airlines sector, so it is important to understand demand of employees as well with the help of
which Ryanair can Excel in market. This is the organization which conquered over UK airlines
industry with making employees satisfied. HR manager take regular feedbacks and evaluate
performance of workers with the help of which they are requirements and areas which has to be
studied will clear and training sessions will be organized (Bôto, 2017). When proper planning is
done by managers, then cost can also reduce and it is easy for management of Ryanair to
evaluate results as well.
1.2 Rationale/justification of research:
The topic which is selected for this investigation is to understand best training and
development. This topic is new and concurrent in market because these days there are many
changes which are taking place, so it is essential for managers to plan and get positive out
through training. With the help of this investigation reader and researcher analyses about future
training program for their workforce when they operate their own empire. With the help of
training not only workforce but also organization get benefits which will also studied in this
research. In current era, time management is one of the essential prospect individual must taken
care, so this will also discuss in this investigation. There are some factors which has to be
considered by managers, while they are planning for learning sessions, so it will be clear with it
and researcher can understood it properly. With the help if this study, problem knowledge about
research tools and techniques can be evaluated. There will discussion about proper way through
which individuals can manage their commercial operations with the help of providing training
through learning sessions (Rufer, 2015). This investigation improved many skills to researcher
which assist in improving career aspects. This topic is of interest area of researcher, so
information which will collected for this investigation is appropriate and relevant. So this can be
used in future for conducting more in-depth study. There is ease in collecting primary
information as well because respondents have collect information about it.

about it. There are many departments which are working for consumers satisfaction, so it is
important that there must be proper communication with them which is possible with the help of
management skills.
When there is proper communication among different departments then it is easy for
managers to operate operations properly and in appropriate manner. With proper management
there is understanding among individuals of various departments and they can take proper
decisions. According to TALISON DOYLE, 2019, there is requirement of understanding what
has to be done under which operations are performed in specified format. It is relevant to
understand pros and cons of business activities through which they can take decisions
considering to long term benefits. Ryanair is the association which is working in airlines sector
and if timely and frequent services are not provided to consumers, then there are possibilities that
consumer dissatisfaction may arise and they may switch to another brand. Hence in order to
avoid such issues, management of operations have to be done within specified time and
administration of actions must be proper and appropriate.

Primary methods of research:

under which some questions are asked about topic and respond provide their views about it by

Secondary methods of research:

individuals are selected on the basis if simple random probable sampling in which candidates are

this format can be performed in three ways i.e. descriptive, exploratory and explanatory research

researcher set budget of 560 £ through which all the resources such as stationary, internet

Ethical Issues:

will be represented. This data analysis is relevant for understanding through numbers and in
quantitative. This method gives information about “How much” while interpreting the
information.
Qualitative data analysis:
For making study in standard format there are some strategies which has to be followed.
There are two ways in which study can be performed i.e. qualitative and quantitative method.
Best method among both is qualitative because there is proper study of human behavior about
training and development of employees so it will easy for reader to get proper information. There
will use of graphs and charts which makes representation of whole study more creative and
interesting. There is no use of technical facts and figures due to which study might not
understood by individual. So, this gives complete and appropriate method which makes study
authentic and useable in future.
Approach is the strategy which is most appropriate for completing research and
understanding training and development topic more properly and in systematic manner. There
are two types of approaches i.e. inductive and deductive. For making this investigation
appreciate deductive approach will be used. Under this method, information is clear and it is easy
to get proper way for completing research. With qualitative method, deductive approach suits the
best and this is relevant for understanding research activities properly.
