Positivism philosophy has been based on natural scientist which relate to the social entity. It
gives importance to factual knowledge through observation, which includes trustworthiness,
measurements. On the other hand, Interpretivism philosophical results which focused to the
assessment differences between humans and social factors. It involves human interest into the
study.
Basically, Interpretivism focuses on meaning and may employ methods in order to reflect
different aspects of the issue. Overall, researcher will be taken this unphilosophical technique to
take the study further. The way in which research is conducted may be conceived of in terms of
the research philosophy described to the research strategy employed and so the research
instruments utilised in the pursuit of a goal. Present study focused on the new development area

study has been taken questionnaire technique to collect data through selected respondents.

data collection and analysis method includes questionnaire with closed ended questions, methods
of correlation, mean, mode median. Apart from that, qualitative method is the technique which
does not involves any mathematical calculations. Qualitative research is closely associated with

depth of understanding and qualitative data collection methods include interviews, questionnaire
with open ended questions (Quinlan and et.al., 2019). Present study has been taken qualitative
method to make the best following result and goals. With the help of some these kinds of studies
and information would help in better decision making approach.
Data Analysis: This research element involves the discussion of data analysis of data
collection. There are differences between qualitative and quantitative data analysis method. Data
analysis for quantitative studies on the other hand, involves critical analysis interpretation of
figures and numbers and attempts to find associate rationale behind new developing areas.
Present study has been taken qualitative research analysis method to discuss the best possible
action plan to discover the long lasting goals.
Sampling: Sampling is the term or process in research where investigator used specific
number of population for further analysing the process. Due to large number of population

Present study has been based on simple random method. Another method is non-
probability sampling, in which researchers are selected in random manner. In which every
member does not have chance to participate in appropriate manner. It includes some techniques
are quota, convenience, snowball and purposive. Present study has been taken simple random
sampling method to perform the research (Gubrium and Harper, 2016). Under which they have
taken sample of 25 students to identify the importance or impact digital technology on Rayanair.
Ethical considerations: Ethical consideration can be specified as one of the most
important term in research process which is required to perform the all particular tasks. Ethical
consideration helps to define what has to be done or what is not to be done in the organisations.
Overall, it helps to make the better decision making approach and also helps to discover the new
leading goals. Researcher also needs to secure the all data of participants within the study
process. It helps to develop the new learning materialistic growth and developing resourceful
planning.

or university required to take digital technologies or not. It has been found out that, 72% of
respondents were stated that “yes”. Digital involvement is more necessary for Rayanair to
enhance the student satisfaction and productive results. Some other suggested another reason for
implementing that, modern technologies can give more efficiency to enhance the productivity of
employees as well. On the contrary, 28% respondents were suggested “no” that digital

technologies might be reducing the importance of traditional connects of learning. It gives better

Airline Industry.
All over, it has been concluded that, it gives the better results and growth oriented

However, 20 respondents suggested, yes technology is effective and on other hand 5 of them
were said no. the reason behind now is less effective performance task which is not that much
productive and effective. Those teachers or professors not taken new techniques more
productively efficient. They think that, digital technology does not give better services or helpful
