But in maintaining the effectiveness a lot of barriers comes in the path which aborts the
successful implementation of the strategies and planning. These barriers include rules and
policies, hierarchical structure, organisation facilities and the complex structure of the
organisation. Need to overcome these barriers so that the efficiency should be maintained & the
work should be on time and with ease.
