INTRODUCTION
In the simple term, organizational behavior means the human behavior in the organization while
doing a different type of activity. On the other hand with the help of organizational behavior, the
organization will also identify the behavior of the individual performance and different type of
activity held in the organization (Aga et al., 2016). This will identify the human behavior in the
working environment and this will also identify the positive and the negative impact of the job
structure, performance, communication, motivation, leadership, etc (Aga et al., 2016).
The managers of the organization have to understand the organization behavior because with the
help of this the manager can easily identify the people behavior toward their work. On the other

airlines all over the world. They always try to carry a more and more international passenger as
compare to the other airline. In all over the world, most of the passengers are using the Ryanair
airline (Aga et al., 2016). On the basis of the latest scenario, they will get more than 1 million in
profits in their organization. This is the public sector company. This is one of the first European
airlines which provided their services at a lower cost (Aga et al., 2016).
As per the latest scenario, the company is operating more than 400 Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
They always provide a proper training and development method to their pilots. In Europe, the
Ryanair serve there route in 37 countries (Aga et al., 2016). The company is growing very fast
because they want to provide better services to their customer. In 3 of June 2019, the company
announces one announcement with the government of Malta that now they will open the new
setup of subsidiary airline which is basically known as Malta air (Aga et al., 2016).
