INTRODUCTION
Organisational Behaviour can be explained as the process of study of group as well as the
performance of individual which they performs within the premisses of a company. It is
necessary for any of the business because it mainly helps at the time of building the appropriate
relationship through which objective of individual as well as organisation can be accomplished.
In context of the file, the case study of “Calling Dr. Fun: The Struggle To Implement A
Motivating Reward System In A Small S-Corporation” will be solved. Even different types
of motivational theories will be explained in it. The main issues which are being faced within the
case is related with the way of distributing the bonus to employees. It is not being cleared among
the employees that how bonus is required to be given within the organisation which performs

given case scenario, there were number of employees who were working in the company was
facing the issues that how company is giving rewards as it is still not clear (Vandenabeele and et.
al., 2015). It is one of the situation due to which employees are in stress as they are unable to
take any of the decision regarding the company because there are some of the employees who are
being paid in higher amount but on the other side of the coin some of the employees are unable
to get the fair amount of motivation while working the company. Even Susan is not clear that
what can be done in this respective situation so that problem can be solved in best possible
manner.
