Background: To maintain safe medication administration, patient
safety and healthy work place is important. It is beneficial for the patients,
nurses (Adhikari et al. 2015).
Objectives:. Providing better health care to the patient is one of the
objectives. To do that a healthy workplace and application of safe
medication administration is needed to the nurses (Hall et al. 2016).
Outline of the topic:. This topic will be analyzed through the

Explain the significance of the topic: Improvement of safe
medication administration is needed. Patient safety will decrease the harm rate

What are you aiming to teach/demonstrate?
Transformational leadership, participative leadership are important to
maintain safe medication administration (Merrill 2015). To improve health care
health service providers should utilize the positive aspects of these two
theories. Six rights of safe medication administration should taught to the
nurses for preventing the medicinal error (Hayes et al. 2015). World health
organization create a regulation to reduce medicinal errors (World Health
Organization 2019).
How are you going to teach/demonstrate?
To demonstrate this important issue authority should conduct seminar and
classes and interactive sessions. These leadership theory will give the idea
how to improve leadership skill and how to deal with patient.
